Narrative
WORCESTER, MA – A 56-year-old man died Saturday from injuries sustained in a 2-vehicle crash along the interstate in central Worcester County.
The accident occurred around 1:40 p.m. on I-290 westbound in the city of Worcester. Officials have not provided a cross street for the crash.
Police say that a Honda CRV collided with a Harley Davidson in the left lane of I-290. It’s not yet clear what caused the accident.
The motorcyclist, identified as Robert Petterson, died after transport to a local hospital.
The driver of the CRV did not sustained injuries.
