A 69-year-old woman is dead after being struck by a vehicle outside her doctor’s office in Salem on Friday. The crash occurred around 11:00am in the pick-up area of North Shore Physicians Group at 331 Highland Avenue. The woman was taken to a local hospital where they died from their injuries. The driver, an 87-year-old woman, is cooperating with the police.
