NORWELL, MA – A 33-year-old man went to the hospital Tuesday after he drove an 18-wheeler into a Plymouth County home.
The incident occurred in the evening at 48 Central Street in the city of Norwell. This is just east of Fogg Park.
Police say the man, identified as Jeremy Trainor, was likely intoxicated while driving the truck for J. Trainor Construction.
After hitting the house, Trainor became entrapped in his vehicle and required extrication. Police have not commented on the severity of his injuries, but they say Trainor faces multiple charges, including operating under the influence, lane violations, and operating to endanger.
Officials have not referenced any other injuries related to the accident.
