EAST BRIDGEWATER, MA – Injuries have been reported in connection to an ambulance crash that happened Friday morning in northwest Plymouth County.
Emergency teams responded to the two-vehicle crash shortly before 10 a.m. at the intersection of Bedford Street and West Street in East Bridgewater.
Police say that an ambulance and a car collided in the intersection. The ambulance, they say was travelling with lights and sirens activated when the accident occurred.
Medics transported two EMS professionals from the ambulance, the patient from the ambulance, and a passenger from the car to the hospital with non-critical injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
